Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 5, 2026
These terms cover how you may use this website and the basics of working with Harris Consulting, LLC. Every paid engagement is also governed by its own written agreement.
Acceptance
By using this site, submitting a form, or taking an assessment, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Use of the site
- Use the site only for lawful purposes and for legitimate business inquiries.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its backend systems.
- Submit accurate information. Do not submit someone else's contact details or phone number without their permission.
- Site content, assessments, frameworks, and materials are owned by Harris Consulting, LLC and may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
Assessments and content are informational
Assessment scores, guides, and site content are general business information, not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. Results depend on your own execution and circumstances. Any figures or case results shown are examples from prior work and are not a promise of similar outcomes.
Service engagements
- A submitted form, booked call, or emailed proposal is not a contract. Work begins only after a written agreement or accepted proposal that defines scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline.
- Fees, payment schedules, and any deposits are set in that agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due on the stated schedule and non-refundable once work has been performed.
- Either party may end an ongoing engagement with the notice period stated in the agreement. You remain responsible for fees earned through the end of that period.
- Delivery depends on your reasonable cooperation — access to systems, data, and timely decisions.
- We treat your business information as confidential and expect the same for our methods, pricing, and materials.
- Unless your agreement says otherwise, deliverables created for you become yours once paid in full; our underlying templates, tools, and know-how remain ours.
Messaging terms
If you opt in, we may send you text messages and emails. Appointment/transactional messaging and marketing messaging are separate opt-ins, and neither is a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for how consent records are stored and why SMS consent is never shared or sold.
Third-party tools
The site links to and integrates third-party services such as scheduling, email, and chat tools. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harris Consulting, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site. For any paid engagement, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Harris Consulting, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state unless your engagement agreement specifies another process.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
